Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional maid services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Cleaning Company.

General Questions

Can you send me a quote?

Yes, there is a big blue button on the top right side on our website. Click that button and send us all the details and we will send you a free quote.

What other services do you offer?

We offer a range of services sunch as fogging, pest control, disinfecting, deep cleaning, apertment cleaning, house cleaning, carpet cleaning, matress cleaning, after renovation cleaning, commercial and industrial cleaning.

What areas do you cover?

We cover areas such as Vanderbijl Park, Vereeniging, Sebokeng, Evaton, Sasolburg. We have also been to places such as Bloemfontein, Midrand and Kopies

Can I book cleaning online or do you have to send someone?

Absolutely yes! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Give us a call right away and we will do whatever we can to ensure that your happy with the service that we have provided.

Do you offer a same day booking?

We do not guarantee same day booking but we can do try our best to accomodate you. We are most of the time fully booked but can sometimes perform a miracle and assis you immediately

Will my valaubles be safe with your employees in our property?

We have done the best we can from our side by ensuring that all are employees do not have criminal records. We also advise you to keep your valuables in a safe place during cleaning operation.

Do I have to be home during cleaning?

Its completely up to you but we will need access to the property.

Do you arrive on time?

Absolutely however, we allow a one hour window due to weather, traffic and events out of our control.

When do I pay?

Its up to you, you can pay us before we arrive or after the cleaning.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking any time without any charge whatsoever.

How many cleaners do you send?

It depends on size of the property. We normaly send two people for normal residential cleaning and between 5 and 15 for projects such as schools and Industrial properties.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

ARE THERE NAY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

Cleaning Questions

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

Here’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning. You can also request extra items via your customer dashboard.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?

Cleaning supplies aren’t included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses the products you like and there isn’t any cross-contamination from house to house.

However, if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge of $10 per visit ($15 for move-in/out cleanings). You can opt-in to this option from your customer dashboard.Also, you can click here to see a list of items to have on hand. Please note: we always use your vacuum and mop/bucket so please be sure to have those items on-hand.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
